Mount Pleasant Animal Medical Centre (Farrer) Tel: 6271 1132

Formerly known as Mount Pleasant Animal Medical Centre (Redhill), our clinic saw an increased workflow with established stability since it opened in 2010 under the leadership of Dr Heng Yee Ling. In 2015, we moved to the current spacious location and was renamed Mount Pleasant Animal Medical Centre (Farrer). Our vets have special interests in feline medicine and veterinary ophthalmology.

OUR MISSION

At MPVG, we aim to provide progressive and comprehensive veterinary care through the practice of evidence-based medicine with the most advanced veterinary technology.

We believe that excellence in patient care can be achieved by investing in continuing education for our team, and offering valuable client education and support.

As a Group, we help the people who are protecting our community animals by giving back through charity programmes and partnerships.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION
We see communication as one of the most important aspects in client care. Please discuss your pet’s condition and treatment plan with your vet-in-charge during visiting hours or via phone calls. Kindly nominate someone to be the primary person with whom our vet discusses the case.

Our vets are required to consult at our outpatient clinic, perform surgeries and attend to emergencies. We seek your understanding and patience if they are unable to answer your enquiries immediately. General updates on your pet’s status may be obtained from our vet technicians who are caring for our patients.

PAYMENT
A deposit is collected at the time of admission to cover part of the estimated bill. The amount will vary with each patient, depending on the expected procedures and level of care. While we endeavour to provide an accurate estimate, a top-up of the deposit may be required if your pet requires an extended stay or when the cost exceeds the initial quotation.

Veterinary treatment can be expensive especially when the illness is serious. We strongly advise you to keep track of your pet’s medical bill by enquiring at the reception regularly. Please discuss any cost concerns with our vet during consultation so that we can better manage your pet's treatment plan together.

We accept the following modes of payment:
1) Cash
2) NETS
3) Credit Card

Payment of the bill must be made in full at the time of discharge. For outpatient consultation, payment of the bill is required at the end of consultation.
