  • Schirmer Tear Test: Measures tear production. For diagnosing dry eye disease
  • Fluorescein Test: To identify corneal ulcers and injuries

Veterinary Chinese Herbal Medicine
Our patients have shown encouraging response to Chinese Herbal Medicine for various medical conditions ranging from skin diseases, osteoarthritis, heart conditions, neurological and gastrointestinal diseases, etc. Chinese herbs have been shown to improve the quality of life in these patients.

For patients with chronic diseases that do not respond completely to conventional (western) therapy, Chinese herbs may be provided to offer a multi-modal (integrative) approach to keep them comfortable, thereby improving their quality of life.

Professional Dental scaling and extractions
  • We offer routine dental scaling and polishing of teeth. Our clinic is also equipped with dental facilities to perform tooth extractions where necessary.

  • We support the Singapore Veterinary Association’s statement on performing dental procedures under general anaesthesia to minimise stress, anxiety and discomfort to our patients.

Our cages are kept separate to minimise contact with other pets. Infusion pumps are available to ensure precise intravenous therapy. Our nurses are rostered to ensure the patients are kept dry, clean and comfortable throughout their stay. Oxygen therapy cage and warming pads are also available for our critical care patients.

  • Oxygen therapy is provided to support patients with respiratory and/or heart disease with breathing difficulties. It is also a life-saver during emergency resuscitation procedures.

  • Nebulisation is useful in the treatment of respiratory conditions such as pneumonia, bronchitis or asthma. Patients inhale the fine saline mist which helps to moisten the small airways in the lungs. Nebulisation helps to clear airway secretions and congestions. Medications (corticosteroid, bronchodilator, mucolytic) may be added for optimal effect.
