Mount Pleasant Vet Centre (North)
Tel: 6287 1190

Mount Pleasant Vet Centre (North) was established in 2000 to provide quality care and service to our pet population in the north-eastern parts of Singapore. Our team of experienced vets have developed special interests and advanced training in dermatology, feline medicine, soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology and dentistry.

In addition, our senior vets are also certified Veterinary Acupuncturists and herbalists, blending TCM and nutritional therapies into mainstream medicine to reap the best benefits. To date, we have great success managing pets with joint diseases, nerve disorders, chronic skin and ear issues, urinary tract diseases, behavioural issues and many other conditions using conventional and complementary therapies.

At MPVG, we aim to provide progressive and comprehensive veterinary care through the practice of evidence-based medicine with the most advanced veterinary technology. We believe that excellence in patient and client care can be achieved by investing in continuing education for our team, and offering constant client education and support.

As a Group, we believe in helping the people who are protecting our community animals by giving back through charity programmes and partnerships.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION
We see communication as one of the most important aspects in client care. Please discuss your pet’s condition and treatment plan with your vet-in-charge during visiting hours or via phone calls. Kindly nominate someone to be the primary person with whom our vet discusses the case.

Our vets are required to consult at our outpatient clinic, perform surgeries and attend to emergencies. We seek your understanding and patience if they are unable to answer your enquiries immediately. General updates on your pet’s status may be obtained from our vet technicians who are caring for our patients.

PAYMENT
A deposit is collected at the time of admission to cover part of the estimated bill. The amount will vary with each patient, depending on the expected procedures and level of care. While we endeavour to provide an accurate estimate, a top-up of the deposit may be required if your pet requires an extended stay or when the cost exceeds the initial quotation.

Veterinary treatment can be expensive especially when the illness is serious. We strongly advise you to keep track of your pet’s medical bill by enquiring at the reception regularly. Please discuss any cost concerns with our vet during consultation so that we can better manage your pet's treatment plan together.

We accept the following modes of payment:
1) Cash
2) NETS
3) Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
4) PayNow

Payment of the bill must be made in full at the time of discharge. For outpatient consultation, payment of the bill is required at the end of consultation.
